Terms are $100 deposit per case due before the deadline. Balance due when its in stock.
Credit cards will not require a deposit but a signed letter of authorization before the deadline.
Exact UPS shipping additional which depends on the weight of the case and your zip code.
Because we sell these cases near cost the fees can be more than the markup on the cases.
Because of this we require a 3% surcharge for credit cards, 2.3% surcharge for paypal.
No surcharge for checks/money orders of course.
